Mrs. Tiffanie Russell, Ed.S.

Welcome To B.L. Bell Academy. I am honored to continue serving as the principal of B. L. Bell Academy this year. After spending three years serving as a teacher at Bell Academy, I am happy to begin my sixth year in administration.  I grew up in Greenville, Mississippi where I remained until I went to college.  I attended Mississippi Delta Community College, where I received my Associate's degree in general education.  I then transferred to Delta State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, followed by a Master of Education degree.  Most recently, I received my Educational Specialist degree  Over the past twenty-three years in education, I have taught both Special Education, English Language Arts, and Science. I have also served as the school test coordinator, intervention coordinator, lead teacher, and assistant principal.  I have also served as an adjunct professor for Delta State University in the division of Teacher Education, Leadership, and Research.  My husband Clint and I have two children, Anna and Collin.  

I believe every student is capable of achieving great things, but they can not do it on their own. By working together as a community of teachers, administrators, and parents, we can help our children to achieve new heights. As we begin this year, I look forward to building relationships with each of you to ensure academic success of each of our children.
